This is my 9th booking with Centauro. Always a new car, generally Hyundai or Kia. Quick pickup and return. Book through their website as they have some great discounts. Took the complete insurance package so no messing about looking for damage. Didn't even bother refueling as they only charge €1.25 a litre, so same as fuel stations. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for car rent. When we dropped off car there was very kind man waiting us. He was very polite and helpful. He took our suitcases and carried to the shuttle bus. I think his name was Juan. He made us smile. Best car rent in my experience. And one more time thanks Juan. :)

Everything went smooth from transfer to/from the airport to renting a car. Staff were really friendly. We got a new Fabia We got a premium option with no deposit and a €90 fuel deposit. We returned the car with a full tank, and the deposit was refunded to my credit card in less than 24 hours. I'll definitely rent with Centauro again 🙂

Very satisfied with Centauro services. I had an upgrade from VW Taigo to Hyundai Kona (with only 5k km on board). I had a small refund for fuel and the day after returning the car it was already transferred. Considering that I also work in the car rental field, I can say that the whole team is very professional considering the volume of work they have to do every day. We will definitely return to Centauro.

I've used Centauro before and after this last experience in November 2025 I will definitely keep coming back to them. Good car, easy to collect and return, helpful staff, and most importantly I never get the feeling that they are trying to sell me stuff I don't need or find tiny damages that they can charge me for. This is a very well-run rental company that deserves to do well.

Everything was ok. Rent via app worked ok although for some reason one debit card was not working and documents scans were processed only after few attempts. Frequent shuttle. Reasonable price. Good car. Low fuel deposit which was eventually returned. Employees unproblematic. Overall smooth and great experience.

My husband and I visit Sevilla every year to see his family, and we rent a car each time. This time, we experienced the best service I have ever had in Europe, which was unexpected! On the day we were to return the car, something came up that made us late. Our train to Madrid was at 14:56, and we left home at 14:35, which was a rush. My husband suddenly had an idea and called the rental company to explain our situation. We couldn't return the car to the parking lot as usual, so we requested to park it just in front of the train station, which is opposite the rental shop. If we missed our train to Madrid, we would miss all our flight tickets to Asia, which cost a lot of money. Initially, they said we couldn't do this, and if we did, we would have to pay a fine. At that moment, if money could solve the problem, we were happy to pay! If we lost all our flights, we would have to look for new tickets, and we might need to stay a few extra days for the next flight. In the end, we parked the car in front of the train station, opposite their shop, and gave the key to my husband's mom to return to the rental shop. Ana Belen was incredibly helpful; she picked up the car and drove it back to the parking lot, even though she mentioned she wasn't good at driving manual. Since we were in such a rush, we didn't even have time to say goodbye to my husband's mom, who was crying alone at the train station. When she was in the office, she was also crying there, and Ana helped comfort her. We really appreciated everything you did for us. Thank you very much! This is the best service I have ever had in Europe, and Ana is the best!!

Very professional and trustable company! I did book a day before arriving to Malaga airport. We had transfered by a shuttle bus just right from the airport entrance. We recieved our car in 10minutes . Full insured pack without deposit ,and credit card.(9 days for 290euro) The car was just the same I have choosen online , plus it was brand new with 10k kilometers in the counter. I paid at the desk a full tank price of gasoline,the policy was if I bring it back full I will get the refund. We had a very pleasant holiday with this car,returned it with a quarter tank and then they send me back the price of it! Highly recommended team!!

Great hire car company. Arrived at airport waited outside for the van to pick us up and take us to the offsite office, which was only about 5 minutes away. The staff were really friendly and helpful filled a few things out gave us our keys and off we went.

I've rented cars many times before, but this was my first experience with Centauro Rental Cars. What a pleasant surprise! 1. No 5–7 hour waiting lines to pick up the car. 2. Rental prices are very reasonable. 3. The staff were friendly and efficient — I received my car in just about 20–25 minutes. 4. All cars are new, clean, and with very low mileage. 5. Returning the car was just as quick, and I received my deposit back within an hour. 6. Once again, I want to highlight the excellent service — the team in Madrid is polite, professional, and fast. I'm saying this after renting from more than 10 other car rental companies. Highly recommend! 10/10

My insurance gives me a substitute car if my car needs to go into the garage and last week I needed to use that service. The first time I have ever used Centauro and the experience was great. Premium package is wonderful. Car in good condition. No headache, and quite fast. No any issues on return and money for the fuel returned in 2 days. Now I know where to rent a car in Barcelona. Previous experience with AVIS( Barcelona), was completely negative, no deposit return and stupid requirement ( which is not written anywhere) that you have to use debit/credit card from the same country as your passport. Thank you Centauro for good service.
